Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days or if credits have been consumed, they are non-refundable. Please contact support for any billing issues.

Free plan users can export to TXT and Markdown. Monthly and Annual plans include additional export formats: SRT (subtitles), VTT (web subtitles), and JSON for further processing.

Yes, your data security is our priority. All uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Files are automatically deleted after transcription. We never share your data with third parties.
